Terry is a very empathetic and attentive therapist who creates a safe space for open conversation. This office is extremely disorganized and unprofessional. I was informed that they had not received payment from my health insurance, which directly contradicted what I was told by a representative from my insurance company, who confirmed that payment had been sent some time ago. Communication has also been very poor — phone calls routinely go unanswered.
