Not upfront about labor. Bought a rack, didn't feel like it was the right type or fit, came back to the store to return it. Guy told me he could get that on for me no problem. Then, he might not get to it today, then it was done in 20 minutes and I was charged extra without being told ahead of time. I will not return.
