They really care about you here! They try their best to fix your bike or get you a bike that fits YOUR needs using their knowledge and wisdom! They try to help without costing too much, and they are the reason why I am still on the road with my old MAURRY bike which I havent seen many of these days... Ill be going back for future needs as well!

Easily the coolest bike shop in Cleveland, imo. Amazing collection of both vintage and modern touring/commuting components, accessories, and bikes. I can't even count how many times I've waltzed in here, searching for some obscure part, only to have the owner find the exact thing I need. Their tuning and repair services are high quality and reasonably priced. No, you won't find 8,000 carbon racing bikes here, but you will discover a different kind of bike heaven.
My front tire's sidewall blew out on the way home from work today. I rolled into Joy Machines with a booted tire on a borrowed tube, looking to buy a tire and expecting to install it myself. Instead, Alex hooked it up and offered to install the tire on the spot. Very cool! While I have a shop I usually go to, I will definitely consider Joy Machines as a solid back up in the future.
Kick ass bicycle shop took my bike in to get it tuned up and it's riding great now �
