My key was locked inside my apa rtment and it didn't look promising on a Sunday getting back in through my apartment door. But, Lovelace Properties was very attentive, getting someone over to the building to unlock the door for me. I am very appreciative of their help. Thank you so much!!!
Very affordable apartment, super cute, the owner was extremely helpful as we are new to the area. highly recommend.
Have had no issues. Pay rent and get along with neighbors were some the simplest requests made from Mr Lovelace and all stays well. Hadn't seen nor talked to him practically any in over a year that I rented from him but when I accidentally locked myself out, he didn't hesitate to come help me out super quick, in the middle of his day!
