Ren & I had our first appointment June 25, 2019. Great experience Holly was our hygienist. She did a great job. Dr Peck was very nice & explained somethings I needed done. Highly recommend!!
I have been seen by many dentist and never have I ever had such a wonderful experience that I had at Joy Dental. Mrs.Cumberbatch is so gentle and so calm it’s like she floats on air. Been going here a couple years. Never any issues. Staff is nice. My hygienist, Amy, is awesome and probably why I keep coming back. She does a great job and has a sense of humor. She keeps me from dreading my cleaning.
I highly recommend Dr. Cumberbatch for any of your implant needs. She recently placed two implants and the procedure went smooth. She uses the best technology and materials on the market when it comes to implants, and the reason I know is because I am a dental professional myself. I can now chew and talk comfortably. I cannot day enough good things about Dr Cumberbatch and everyone in her office. I’ve had trauma around the dentist ever since I was a little girl. Dr.C helped me overcome that fear and given me back my smile. I am forever grateful.
Staff is amazing. The complete environment is calming and comforting. Dr. Cumberbatch does beautiful work. Very honest. I will never go anywhere else.
About 6 months ago, I had a dental emergency and landed at Joy Dental Center mainly because of the location/distance to my residence. After having SEVERAL negative experiences at other local dentist offices (in Baytown), I have to say Dr. Peck, the hygienists, and staff at Joy Dental exceeded my expectations above and beyond any other practice I’ve been to.
