Everything went smoothly each time we worked together. I recently recommended her to my parents (their home was in LaVerne, a suburb of LA , and not Joy’s typical NELA stomping grounds). That didn’t matter, she’s a true professional, and did her homework, and very quickly sold their home for top dollar. She’s the best in the biz!
