We recently closed on our first home purchase in the United States, and Joy helped us each at each step. She never grew tired of showing us (so many) properties, answering our questions, and importantly negotiated on our behalf for the best terms until the end.
She is just the best. So professional and fun. Great with keeping you updated and I felt she represented us wonderful and helped guide us through a what was a new experience for us beautifully.
It was an absolute joy to work with Joy! Finding our home took about five months, and while the process requires a lot of effort, it’s much easier when you’re working with someone you genuinely enjoy spending time with. Working with Joy was indeed a joy and then some. Her extensive knowledge of the eastside as well as Pasadena and surrounding areas is extensive. I immediately had access to a website where I could view properties. Joy was always available to answer any questions that I might have and set up appointments to see the properties.
