The cool thing about Joy is that Joy is cool. She understood what we were looking for, and gave it to us straight about the places she didn't like. We ended up finding our place within a month. She was professional, responsive, and enjoyable to be around. We are first-time homebuyers and she encouraged/answered all of our questions. I honestly don't even know where to begin with Joy, she is that amazing. First of all, she stuck with us through 3-4 years of house hunting, with a 1 year interim of no house hunting. I thought we would never get a house, having bid on so many, but Joy never faltered. She kept us on track , and here we are 4ish years later with the house of our dreams. Joy and Caroline were an amazing help to my fiancée and me as we looked for our first home. Joy's excellent knowledge of LA's east side and eye for a house's potential was perfectly complemented by Caroline's ability to manage the many moving pieces and logistical challenges. While we worked with them on the buy side, we saw a house or two that they represented from the sell side and were equally impressed.
We were first time home buyers and Joy was a fantastic realtor to work with, in addition to Caroline on her team! They stuck with us through a lengthy search, across dozens of neighborhoods in LA (west and east side and the valley), through the January fires, and always with an amazing attitude and extremely quick response times.
