JourneyPure was enlisted to provide *** treatment services to the author of this complaint. The date of the transaction in question is 06/10/2020. JourneyPure has issued charges thereabouts of $500.00. I have reasonable suspicion the charges should have been submitted to the insurance carrier at the time and covered. I have now been contacted by Collections advising me that they intend to progress to litigation over this charge. It's a wonderful place!! They really care about the patients there and want to help any way they can.
The most mismanaged rehab place i know. Our son had the worst experience ever, they claimed that they found alcohol in his urine yet when we had him tested the same day at the local hospital in Chattanooga they were not able to see alcohol at all. they kicked him out early and charged full price. did not give him even a single daily dose of medication until we asked for them and they dispensary copped an attitude until he called the front desk with instructions. Wonderful staff. Saving grace for my niece who tried other rehab programs without success. Journey Pure was able to reach her and give her the skills and confidence to change her life. An answer to our prayers. Highly recommend!
Hello I would like to start off by saying that journey pure saved my life. Back last December I decided that I would go to treatment I found journey pure in bowling green ky. I stayed at the condos for 28 days and really enjoyed it, all of the techs and staff where very supportive and willing to help. I had one of the best experiences ever for treatment. It was my third facility and the love and care I received here was the best I've ever experienced. I was a patient there spring of 2019. I'm still clean today. I would recommend Jounrneypure to any individual who is looking for a fresh start from the addiction.
