We visited for the first time today. The staff was very friendly. My burger was rare not medium well as ordered, my husbands prime rib sandwhich was barely warm and mushy and no flavor, and the fries weren't crisp. That being said we were there right as they opened and maybe the grills and grease weren't hot enough..? A manager came over and took the prime rib off our bill and was very kind and accommodating.
