The beginning of April I ordered a bottle of hand sanitizer from Journeyman's Distillery and when it arrived someone had stolen it out of my package and replaced it with bathroom cleaner! Needless to say I was furious. I contacted UPS only to be brushed off so I emailed the distillery directly. In less than an hour the GM returned my call and took immediate action to make sure the situation was resolved! I have been there quite a few times and I've always had a great experience here! Went today to get some hand sanitizer and after waiting in line for 45 minutes for them to open (the line was really long had to get there early) another patron caused a bad experience. Even though it was no fault of Journeyman's own or anything they could have done, the gentleman handing out menus and talking to folks from Journeyman went above and beyond to make it right.
