Very happy with the work the crew did, and the bidding, scheduling, and managing of the Job that Tom did. I was asking about a way to add an air gap on our existing roof because our house doesn’t have an attic and we got alot of ice damming, even with heat cables. Tom recommended an efficient and more economical way than adding new framing, and the crew got it done. We’re very thankful for the new and improved roof, and I’d recommend them to anyone

From start to finish, I could not have been happier. Landon was so helpful and took the reins with the adjuster. He made sure that we got everything we needed for a new roof from Farmers, and he stayed and did the walk through with the adjuster. The team that installed our roof and gutters was fast and accurate. They cleaned up so well that I didn't find anything left behind. The owner. Tom, came by during the installation and at completion and talked with me. Such a great company, and I highly recommend it.
When a June hailstorm caused significant damage to our roof, Tom Ross of Journey Roofing recommended that we get repairs done before rain and snow caused interior damage. Tom worked quickly and well with our insurance adjuster, and his crew arrived the first week of August. They did a wonderful job. The roof of our 80 year old home is not an easy one to work on.
