Do not use this company! Tom Ross and his company Journey roofing did not reimburse me for damages they admitted they caused. As shown in the picture, I found in the clogged downspout with dozens of rusted roofing nails, portions of roofing pieces, and trash consisting of of plastic roofing packaging that his roofers allowed to get into the gutters and then in the downspout, which allowed rainwater to back up, and come inside between the fascia board and the roof. Journey did an excellent job on our garage roof!
Very happy with the work the crew did, and the bidding, scheduling, and managing of the Job that Tom did. I was asking about a way to add an air gap on our existing roof because our house doesn’t have an attic and we got alot of ice damming, even with heat cables. Tom recommended an efficient and more economical way than adding new framing, and the crew got it done. We’re very thankful for the new and improved roof, and I’d recommend them to anyone
