Journey was the only A/C company I could get to come out on short notice on a very hot day (110deg) to help us in an emergency situation. Their dispatcher Jessica went above and beyond to find someone when they were already overbooked, and their tech Mike Morrison diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and professionally. If you're ever in a pinch, you can't go wrong by calling Journey.
I'm a new worker there. Journeyman may be hard on the new guys but its quality over quantity. But yet we try to get the job done within time or before in the most precise and enthusiastic way we properly can. I recommend them 110% and keep it up JAC
