DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THESE PEOPLE! I wish I would have read the reviews before I let my teenage daughter buy a car from here. These guys are shady and don't stick to their word! The only reason I'm leaving one star is because no star isn't an option. I plan on spreading the word as much as I can so hopefully they don't take advantage of others.
I bought a car from here after I saw an ad detailing "ice cold AC". When I came to look at this car the AC was not working at all I ended up buying the car with the promise the AC would be fixed and I wouldn't have to pay a dime. Now I find out it's going to be a $600 fix and they only credited me $200. They know I was already over budget when buying my car and there is no way I agreeded to this "deal". Single mom new to the state. Seemed nice and worked crazy to get the car I wanted considering I had just moved here weeks prior. BIGGEST MISTAKE! Not even two months later when taking it back to them I was told "I should have done my research before buying it. Two choices hundreds and time to fix or buy a new car!" I brought that black chevy impala that's was a police car on Feb 23 an they told me they replace the ac an heat accultur an the heat don't work an they told me they was gonna fix the windshield an it's April 7 an still not fixed an i have to put work into the transmission
Best used car dealership around their customer service is great i just looked at the other customers reviews and all I can say is you can't please every customer no matter how hard you try but you guys keep pushing towards greatness and keep up the good work
So it looks like pretty much everyone has the right idea about this place. And my complaints I've only just begun with this very first post. Everything that everyone is saying about them is absolutely true how old they are shady and they give you the runaround and they manipulate or attempt to.
