Ok we are on day 2 of my dealings with journee as I posted in my google review I was charged the full amount for a vehicle I was told worked and upon arrival the vehicle did not even turn on this is day 2 I have not been contacted about a refund or the status of the vehicle so no vehicle and no money to even purchase another vehicle and no contact made I will continue to update as time goes by

I bought a Saturn Vue 2 months ago and I love it. I wanted to come back and say it runs great still. I will buy my next car from there. It did need a part before I left the lot and they fixed it with no problem.
After 2 days of searching every car dealership in the area, I was at my wit's end and over the whole car buying experience. That was until my wife and I discovered this place and I knew the moment we were greeted, this experience was going to be opposite from my terrible ones before. Great group of guys and a huge selection!
Worst people ever me and my fiance bought a car from a guy who works there named steven told me car ran and drove fine i bought the car and trans goes out within three days of buying it currently waiting on a tow truck and on the phone with a lawyer.. Never go here bad bussiness
My girlfriend bought a car here with the understanding that they would fix the A/C. She picked the car up a couple days later and they had only fixed part of the problem. She was told to bring it back to fix the rest. Dropped it off this morning at 9am for a 3 hours fix but 7 hours later they called to say it's not worth fixing, even though they said they got the part for it Wednesday. Don’t buy a car from here. You know that no refund sign. Yeah it’s not true. I got my refund. They sell cars they don’t even own. Lol then lie in state investigations. Well let’s just say the second we threatened them with a lawyer and the news channel they coughed up MY money. Biggest scumbags around.
