Terrible company and customer service. They put patches on my daughter’s lettermans jacket that was paid for by the school after my daughter told them that she did not want any patches because we were getting them somewhere else. They told her to just put down what patches she would like so they had an idea and that if they weren’t paid for that they we wouldn’t get them. Difficult to get in contact with. When you do go to the store, half of the time it is closed and the other half it doesn’t have what you bought.

DO NOT USE them. I highly recommend just ordering the cap and gown(only because there are no other options)and NOTHING MORE. I didn’t get my son’s graduation package till 2 days before his graduation. I asked for a refund and got the run around from the location in Amarillo and got lied to saying a refund is in the process when it wasn’t. I then called corporate to verify and got the run around from them as well.
