Absolutely ridiculous that at a high school ring ceremony that is a ONCE IN A LIFETIME opportunity my son didn’t get to open a ring to show to his peers. Guy putting the presentation on was supposed to call with a resolution but of course that was just like the ring, unfulfilled. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere for your senior rings.
They just embarrassed the hell out of my daughter by giving her a zip lock bag with her name on it during her ring ceremony when our order was paid in September 2025. I had to fight tooth and nail back in 2022 for my sons ring too. I only went with them because my daughter wanted to be a part of the ring ceremony. PURE TRASH!!
Jostens is all about taking orders from impressionable high school students and then not assisting with cancellations and refunds! I will advocate at the next school PTA meeting to steer away from Jostens and look for another route for student needs. Todd does not respond to emails and the "corporate" office refers back to the local office. At the end of a dead road $800 later.
