Jostens is all about taking orders from impressionable high school students and then not assisting with cancellations and refunds! I will advocate at the next school PTA meeting to steer away from Jostens and look for another route for student needs. Todd does not respond to emails and the "corporate" office refers back to the local office. At the end of a dead road $800 later.
Terrible company and customer service. They put patches on my daughter’s lettermans jacket that was paid for by the school after my daughter told them that she did not want any patches because we were getting them somewhere else. They told her to just put down what patches she would like so they had an idea and that if they weren’t paid for that they we wouldn’t get them. Difficult to get in contact with. When you do go to the store, half of the time it is closed and the other half it doesn’t have what you bought.
