If I could give 0 starts, I would. I don't know why our school continues to use them. We have had nothing but issues with them. They still owe us a refund from 3 years ago, with a different child'sgraduation. This time, graduation is about a month and a half out, and they still haven't sent the announcements. Isn't the point to send them out before and give people a heads up? I got yelled at and hung up on, after I kept getting interrupted in the middle of my sentences. Worst service ever!!! Two years ago, I have made my graduation ring order for high school from them and got what I wanted but the size was wrong so the representative took my ring to resize it. I was fine with it until I waited for 3 months so I went to them in person to find out why. They told that they don’t know when it will arrive so they advised to me to wait a little longer. If I can rate them a 0 I would. I purchased a pricey class ring from them which they failed to announce my sons name During the ring ceremony, which I paid full price for the ring when it was due, they didn’t call his name during ceremony for his ring. Secondly, I purchased an expensive frame from them for my son’s diploma and picture. I was unhappy with the product and they did not offer any returns. No stars at all personally. I did not know how to fill out the Jostens high school ring flyer so the man who came, filled it out for me. I designed my ring online and showed him every detail of the ring that I wanted. He Filled the paper out and sent me on my way. A few months later a letter in the mail comes and the ring is wrong.
