Ordered flowers for a funeral. It was supposed to be an arrangement of 60 red roses. There were only 37. When I spoke to her on the phone she told me there were 60. She even said that's what the order said was 60. How does 37 equal 60? It doesnt. This was for a funeral and in times like that you want things to be exactly as you state they be. Not quite sure why but I've tried to call several times and my call cannot be completed as dialed.

I'm giving her 3 for the service but she forgot my flower girl flowers and some of the items that was supposed to be in my boquet. She refunded it, but u cant get that back

My husband is the oldest child in his family. His mother passed away a couple weeks ago. We went in 2 days before the service, picked out colors and what we wanted as a memorial trinket. We also gave them a backup flower with colors. Being the oldest he wanted to represent our family with a beautiful display. What was recieved was a vine with ONE white flower and a little angel statue, NOT one thing that we picked. NEVER again will we go to this dirty store never.
