Dr. Vrabec is the best surgeon one can ask for EVO ICL.
First, I crowdsourced the best Lasik surgeon in the Rochester area and found Dr. Vrabec. He is the best and most excellent in all the ways that count. He's meticulous, careful, and precise. Dr. Vrabec also offers newer technology with the SMILE procedure, which is what I had. The evaluation to prep for surgery was thorough and repeated to assure accuracy.
