Really dark, burnt tasting coffee. They sell all sorts of espresso drinks and drip coffee but only serve them in disposable cups which is environmentally unsound. Who wants a $5.00 cappuccino in a paper cup? We bought some “light roast” labeled beans which was also very dark and burnt tasting. They need some lessons from places like Olympia Coffee Roasting Company that roast not burn beans to evoke the subtle delicious flavors in coffee. I was very disappointed with Joshua Tree Coffee Company.

I’m so glad that I finally made a stop here to pick up a bag of coffee for my french press. Very cute outdoor area, which I would love to use next time I visit. The woman who helped me was very helpful and friendly. She ground the beans for me for my french press. The coffee I got smells and tastes amazing. Great amount of coffee for the price. I love that it’s all roasted on site. What a great locally owned business.
