This is how coffee should taste, no bitter after taste, no getting getting used to the flavor, just simply delish.
Recently picked up a bag of Breakfast Bliss while passing through Yucca Valley. This is very, VERY good coffee. It's exceptionally smooth and rich with no bitterness- the right beans in the right combination, roasted in the right machine by the right people, et viola! If you appreciate coffee at all, do yourself a favor and order a bag.
Like no other!! Amazing!! I like the medium dark for use with my espresso maker about a 1.5 cup serving.
