Mr. Rivers was extremely friendly and answered all of my questions. Everyone at the office was kind and courteous.
My first visit with Joshua was good. My second visit was totally the opposite. He talked to me as if he knew what my diet was instead of asking me. I inquired about him filling out an FMLA form for my job and he stated it wouldn't help me because my job would just find something else to pick with me about. He also stated I should maybe look for another job. I have never had a Doctors visit like this in my life. Not only did Mr Rivers make me feel heard for the first time since dealing with all my GI issues. His nurse was also just as amazing and I have never met a Staff so professional yet personable! If they can find out what is wrong I will literally cry. This has been the first time I have felt heard as well as taken serious !
This is the worst dr. All he wanted to do was give me more pills and when I did have procedures the paperwork was never ready I went 3 times and he never even physically looked at me and when he did he checked my heart for 5 seconds I came in for ibs he is the worst know it all
