Be warned! This place offers terrible customer service. It’s all about the money here. Before any service, get a quote because you might be shocked by the bill. I had a simple wire between my teeth done here, and it was done horribly. Be aware of your coverage. Ask before they treat you. The financial office will lie to you about getting a check from your insurance to cover the out of pocket payment. Pieces of cement were placed on my teeth, causing my lips to blister. It is wonderful experience. Dr. Joshua M Hethcox is knowledgeable, friendly, and explained very clear. The sad part is, the clinic is not on my dental insurance network.
