The grounds are full of poop. Imagine you pay rent and have to walk by grass with dog mess everywhere. And the property owner's should clean it up but, they wont. So if you dont mind poop all over your property by all means move in. Will update in a month with pictures if its still here so the world can see.
I just moved in about a week ago, and I will say the Maintenance gentleman, Don, was very professional and efficient in helping me get my items fixed.
We all fall on hard times and it’s understandable, but this place and literally little to no financial assistance at all what so ever, grants that are always a 50/50 of even receiving and if you don’t get it you’re honestly SOL honestly. They don’t care about ur well being, or whatever hardships you fall into. They will take you to court, give the run around and make up rules and policies without any proof of them. The new management here is terrible
Anytime something in my apartment needs fixing, Emily will follow up through to make sure I was satisfied with the work. Grateful to be living in a place where they care about the small details.
