It took 3 visits to get her to do a simple procedure, and that's only because by the 3rd time I expressed my frustration over the lame excuses the staff had to cover for this prima donna. The procedure required a few stitches that she told me could not be removed for at least 10 days, and then gave me an appointment for 7 days later to remove the stitches and do a body scan because that's what fit her schedule. When I had the nerve to question the number of days I was told that she would no longer treat me.
I had to wait almost 2 hours to see him. He was unhelpful and made the medical assistant do all the work. He left the room without finishing answering all my questions. He took phone calls while I waited and his hands were dirty.
Expert clinical care, extremely knowledgeable, polite and helpful physician and staff. Well equipped office with very patient oriented support staff. Highly recommended.
I made 2 appointments with this Dr for my daughter, both times the office called and cancelled. I was using Aetna, (not paying cash for a cosmetic procedure), so she didn't want to be bothered. But why bother to make an appointment with me and waste my time?
I was suffering immensly from my psoriasis and needed help immediately. I waited for more than 1/2 hour in the waiting room and an additional 1/2 hour in the examination room before anyone came in to see me. I needed pre-autorization for the treatment I requested and was told it could take about 5 weeks to here back, so I waited until the 5 week mark and then called the office for an update. I was having a salicylic acid peel done and he swabbed my upper and lower eyelids with the acid. My lids burned for a week and I ended up with post inflamatory hyperpigmentation which never went away. So the area around my eyes are darker than the rest of my face. Without makeup, I look like a racoon. Stay away from this doctor.
bring reading material--you are in for a long wait
Had to wait 40 min. to be seen. Had botox to lift my eyebrow and the doctor left me with a big bruise on my eyelid. It lasted 5 days. Doctor is not an skilled injector.
He kept me waiting for almost 2 hours. Was only interested in pushing expensive cosmetic procedures. Extremely rude.
