Been seeing Dr. Joshua Fox for many years for routine exams and some minor procedures. He is knowledgeable and gentle. It has always been a good experience. AND he has a sense of humor which may tend to make you feel at ease.
I visited Dr. Fox at his office, Advanced Dermatology and had a very positive experience. I came in and was seen right away. The staff was warm, courteous, and friendly. I had a mole removed from my neck and a another from my face. I was very concerned and worried about the mole on my face being removed but to my delight it healed beautifully. I recommend Dr. Fox for his great work.
Horrible receptionist and staff. If you enjoy being disrespected by nasty women go here. I needed a prescription which turned into a office visit with a wait time of two hours. Then it took the another three hours to call a prescription in and of course they called the wrong pharmacy. What asses
We have seen Dr Fox several times and he was most helpful.
rude , incompetent office staff . The west islip office gave me a appointment by phone and upon arrival had put in the date that i called instead of the date i was given . the office manager said it had to be my fault because i don't have a card,(kind of hard to get one when you do by phone) and because i didn't get a phone call the night before (again kinda hard when your secretary puts in the wrong date) She also told me her Secretary doesn't make mistakes. I waited for over an hour for Dr. Fox and when he finally saw me, he rushed the appointment and didn't really care about my problem. He wouldn't let me explain why I was there and kept interrupting me and making lame jokes. He left me all of a sudden with his assistant when I still had a lot of questions! Go elsewhere!!!
Dr. joshua Fox is soooooo good - I have been a Patient since 2002 - I have had several procedures done @ his Nassau County Office - Everything done so well - very good @ what he does - and a great office staff.
Stuff were horrible so rude to give an appointment by phone
Great Doctor! I would definitely recommend to friends and family.
