Dr Meyer takes the time to understand and explain all facets of a patients disease, treatment options and questions. His assistant doctors and nurses spend time with the patient reviewing and discussing the patients physical condition, medications and overall living capabilities who then brief Dr. Meyer prior to his meeting with the patient. Dr. Meyer has provided my mom with excellent care for years. She has a relatively rare and difficult to treat cancer, and he has come up with innovative options for treating her liver metastases multiple times. He is also always thoughtful and careful about how side effects from the radiation might affect her quality of life, since she is especially prone to nausea. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Meyer!
