Very disappointed with the encounter with the front desk staff. My wellness visit is covered at 100% however, they were instancing on collecting a copay stating it’s required if a treatment is done or a prescription is written. Since the visit had not occurred that comes across as a money grab which is very disappointing for a provider’s office.
