I have been bringing my two children to Dr Ennabi since she opened her office in Hopewell. Love her and the entire office. They always get the girls in for sick visits promptly and make us comfortable. One of the reasons I went to her office is because she is affiliated with Westchester Medical Center.
Dr. robin Schiff is great doctor I have been seeing for 15 years. her office staff is awesome never had a problem getting an appointment or even when I waled in with my sick they saw me right away. I highly recommend her.
Dr. Schiff is a great doctor. she polite kind and great with the kids. her office staff is awesome helping with a difficult problem and getting to the root of my problem resolved thank you easy to get appointments and theirs always someone on call.
I love this office for several reasons, very convenient hours open 7 days a week so i never have to go to emergency room unless its a true emergency, the doctors are always on call you will get a call back within 2 hrs, the doctors are very knowledgable and always on point. This is my 7th year with these doctors and I have nothing but praise for them. Both my son and daughter go here. Yes the office is very busy but they have plenty of staff. I would wholeheartedly recommend them.
My kids have been going here for a couple of years and within the last year was the worse experience I have ever had at a doctors office. Try to get a doctors orders for work to be done at a hospital after your kids had to go to a hospital outside your town. Was almost impossible. Had to file a claim at the hospital to get the work that was needed to make sure my kids would be ok and not end up dying. I bring my daughter to the Lowell office and I see Dr. Felch. They are incredibly friendly and helpful. I can't even tell you how many times I have called the nurses with questions and they are always more than helpful. I did call the Westford office one time but the nurse was not particularly helpful. I would not let that sway you - Dr. Felch is amazing and the team in Lowell is super caring and wonderful!
This office lacks in the idea of being part of a care team. The communication between doctor and parent is weak outside of scheduled appointments. The nurses in the Westford office are kind to your face and then speak about you and your parenting behind your back. I will not recommend this office to anyone. If your child has any medical complexity it is very overwhelming and feels very alone your pedi should be there to support and guide you and this is NOT the case here !!!
Greater Lowell Is the best place for me to go to when I were little and up until now. MY D.r Is dr.Caplain He is great. All the nurses and doctors are great.
Please consider the experience of a family with 3 young children. While the overall pediatric medical care is accpetable - the run-around and the attitude from the office staff that one may encounter should make your choice of choosing another pediatric group a little easier. If all appointments are made in advance and you don't have "life" happen which causes a change in your schedule, thigs will be handles well.
