Josh is absolutely phenomenal. I was an out of state home buyer looking for houses in Rochester and Josh made an experience that would have been difficult completely stress free. My wife and I moved to Rochester in the summer of 2014. We were living in the cities, and with a baby on the way, we decided we would move to Rochester to be near her family. When we inquired about some homes we were interested in, Josh reached out to us. He set us up with this really great portal that was constantly updated with homes that fit the criteria we were looking for. Josh is a genuine professional and worked eagerly and diligently to meet our needs throughout the entire process. In fact, he continues to provide support even though we've already moved into our new home!
