I called Josh Buttler to come check out my roof because I noticed a stain on the ceiling. I figured there was a leak. I called on Monday he said he would be out later in the week. I call Thursday because I have not heard from him. He tells me he will be out tomorrow(Friday) for sure. Friday comes and goes. I call next Monday, Wednesday and Thursday. Still no response. After several years, I still have nothing but good review on my roof job. The shingles were great, extras for little touch ups, and cleaned up around the house really well done. Still no leaks, and pleased with the job and price.
I had a new roof put on and with all the rain we've had the roofers have been back three times to fix a leak around our fireplace. It's causing my wood floor to buck up. I can't get them back to fix it. This is ridiculous! Maybe I need a lawyer.
