When doctor Spotts informed us (my daughter her patient and I) of the pathology report after the double mastectomy done by her... and it said "invasive ductal carcinoma FOCALLY involves the superior superficial margin" her response was, " I don't know what he means by focally". Well...I can now say it means cancer was there still and she is now dead.
She did a good job to my double mastectomy’s surgery.. without any complications... she did her promises saving my nipple.. the staff are very kind and helpful specially Shannon? Doctor spott know what she doing so you new patients just need to listen and be considerate in my experience was a successful job and it’s hard job for her to savings our lives just be thankful that she is one of a kind.. I found out I had breast cancer on a Monday and was meeting with Dr. Spotts on Wednesday of the same week. She took her time explaining my condition and the process. She performed my lumpectomy Dec 2018 and I would highly recommend her. I really appreciated the coordinated care with LVCCC for surgery, radiation, and continued care. Her staff is very professional and compassionate too.

She did my lumpectomy 4/10/2018,.my surgery went well and recuperating without complications.Excellent service from her office staff to her nurses.

I was diagnosed with breast cancer in both breast, stage 2 late 2016, my OBGYN referred me to doctor Spotts, I had a bilateral masectomy, I did not want reconstruction, but let me tell u, Dr. Spotts did an excellent job, my chest doesn't look as bad as I expected, I would always recommend her, she does her job very well done, and makes sure you're very comfortable. I love her

Diagnosed with breast cancer, i was terrified . Went through the steps had surgery. Tests came back clear. Even though my journey isnt completed, i still need to go to radiation. I highly recommend Dr Spotts, she is compassioate and professional. I know i can fight any cancer as long as i have Dr Spotts as my surgeon.
