Pretty good about scheduling and being on time with appointments. Easy and friendly staff to work with. I see Jessica and she's great.

My husband and I have had very pleasant experiences at this practice in Sanford and Orange City. We are very happy with Ms. Paula and the front desk staff Jojo and Pam. All have been super helpful since we Jan!
JoJo, Paula, Katie and Dr Romain are very professional, friendly and caring. You know they are listening and want what is Best. We miss JoJo when she isn't at front desk smiling and greeting us. My Son feels extremely comfortable with Paula & Katie. Normally you feel stressed going to appointments but we look forward to ours.
My experience at family Psyciatry has been a loving and caring atmosphere Jessica is very thoughtful and she is a very good listener and the front seat crew is very courteous and prompt it’s never a wait time for me in office Kim and Mi is very loving and caring they both has a very good caring attitude Kim is very thoughtful when it comes to your referral and she always communicate with you by telephone Mo is always on time with getting you I the sign in I will recommend family Psyciatry

Kim, Mo, Jessica and Ann are all phenomenal...oh, and Erica, too! So, yeah, we're on a first name basis...see how they put u at ease? Always a pleasant and professional experience.

The doctors are nice and the receptionist Jojo is really kind to everyone and patient with people, too. I actually look forward to appointments here, which is really strange as I don't usually like to leave my house.
