I have been seeing Dr. Romain for years, and she and her staff have always been welcoming and friendly. When I have had mental health emergencies, they have gone above and beyond to get me seen as soon as possible.
Customer Service is atrocious! I have been trying to get a call back for two weeks!
Horrible customer service
There is one word that describes them and it's great I am talking about Dr.Romain , Monique and Amanda when I go to my son's appointment I dont feel like I am going to an appointment I feel like I am visiting a family because that is how they treat me and my son and fam if I could give them 10 stars I will because they are super great Monique and Amanda have done for my self and my son beyond the line so the only thing I can say about them being honest that they are my and my Sons Angel's so i just want to thank them for all... read more

The Sanford Office is amazing! Pamela is always sweet and jokes with me on every visit. Karin is wonderful and always makes sure I have what I need. I've never had a scheduling problem and rarely have to wait for my appointments. They are usually on time. Seeing Kelly and Ann have made my life a lot easier. Thank you, ladies. You always make my day better!
I see Jessica in a regular basis. Not only is she a great listener, but she goes the extra mile to help me. But I can't leave behind Kim and Mo. Not only do they receive me with a great smile and wonderful service, but go out of their way to help me, especially when my insurance lags on my referrals.
Karen and Pamela are always so friendly and helpful and very flexable to my schedules. They never have a problem helping me reschedule an appointment if needed without having to wait weeks. I always feel much better after my apts with Kelly Otero and Jessie. Overall everyone I have encountered has been nothing but nice!! I look forward to my weekly visits rather than dread them.
Mo Kim & Jessica are amazing! Always so very helpful! The client is their priority! I always feel so welcomed here! I love these ladies! Thank you for all you do for all of your Clients!
