I moved to Baraboo a little over a year ago. I have to say Jose's is by far my favorite Mexican restaurant. Everyone I know around here loves it as well. I'd hate to admit it but we probably visit jose's once a week. The staff is always happy, friendly and always working like crazy. Obviously the food is great!!!!
Terrible service waited 45 mins for lunch brought half the order no refills on drinks had 2 ask 2x for chips won't be back.
This place has the best of everything, Margaritas, food, waiters, love love love you have to come especially on your birthday hehehe! Make sure you tell them!!
My family and i went there for the 1st this past Tuesday. The food there was AWESOME!!!
We have never had a bad meal...Jose is a great guy and his staff is top notch!!!
It's been hit and miss. Usually a hit. This time a miss, got one order wrong and my enchiladas verde were on the thin side. Instead of where's the beef. Where's the chicken? Not in my enchiladas literally just a few strands of shredded chicken, a pepper and onion pieces in one and the other had a little bit more. Strawberry margaritas were good as usual though
Food here = life!!! Best Mexican food around!!! :)
My personal opinion. I thought the chips were horrible, seemed like they were bought from a grocery store. Food tasted the same way. Hamburger was very greasy as well. We've been to several Mexican restaraunts down south and for some reason this place was the worst food wise. But the service was good and locals here seem to love it.
