I eat at jose's from back when they opened all the time. I usually go for the huevos rancheros, the machaca plate or the Steak fajita. The fajita usually is real good. This time the steak was like rubber and lots of fat. The service and the food this time was terrible

We do take a lot of pride in our meat, and chargrill fresh to order... we also only use Choice cut meats. I will definitely speak with the team and see where we fell short.
