If you're not happy with the doctor they will not let you choose a different doctor or transfer to a different doctor in their network. It's a shame I love Franciscan hospitals, but they're neurology department is horrible. They need a different neurology department through this hospital so you can choose which doctors you want.
I really like my doctor. He seems to be on point. But, the delivery of the office is very laxed and unprofessional. They don’t return calls in a timely manner, and I even had someone hang up on me when I was trying to explain something to them and they didn’t really care for what I was saying. I’m new to the area and this doctors office was suggested to me but I would definitely go to another office if another option becomes available.
Agree with other reviews. Seek care elsewhere.
Dr. McGarvie is consistently pleasant, thorough, professional, kind, helpful, and more. We have been fortunate to have had her help for years. She always goes above and beyond the norm.
