Front office very nice.
This office is a joke. 1. Dr. Lichtenstein has a HORRIBLE bedside manner. 2. I called to confirm an appointment to save myself a 2-hour drive, and 24 hours later they still had not returned my call. 3. The phone routing system is full of grammatical errors and is ineffective to boot. If you call, go ahead and anticipate being hung up on. 4. And this is what BLOWS MY MIND: they let a BRAIN-DAMAGED patient cancel a NEUROLOGICAL appointment without confirming that information was correct with her nursing facility or her family.... read more
Every visit I have had, I’ve had to wait at least an hour before being seen. My time should be valued as well.
I had a VERY nice experience with the admin staff and careproviders at JWM today. So glad they were recommended to me.
