We loved the chopped brisket taco and swamp fries!! Perfect barbecue sauce

I had excellent brisket, and a good location! One of TX best.
Brisket and ribs both very good. Thoroughly enjoyed the hot water cornbread. Would try the swamp fries next time - looked fantastic!!
Great Brisket and Ribs that Don't require sauce. Well worth the drive to Jefferson. The potato salad and beans were great too.
The Swamp Fri's are wonderful, if you have never tried them you should, it's what I Get every time I go there.
