Not a snobby place! – Ok, I usually don't write reviews but was compelled to do so because of the review above this one. Josephs is a family type Italian pizzeria, you want fresh mozzarella go to Carrabas..C'MON! they don't know what 'fresh mozzarella' is – I am first one to review, and it already had 4.5 stars beforehand, how does that happen? I had a Margherita pizza. As a true Italian restaurant, they should know what that is. The menu read - "sliced Plum tomatoes,, fresh basil and mozzarella. " (it didn't say fresh mozzarella, but it also did not say plum tomatoes, mozzarella and fresh basil, eliminating the ambiguity).
