I'm a seventh-generation native Texan who grew up in a land where there is no shortage of five-star steakhouses. I'll put Joseph's up right next to any steakhouse in my beloved home state, and above most. My wife is from Maine, so we travel back each summer. Our annual trip to Joseph's is one half of the shining dining star we experience each year. Eating fresh Maine lobster is the other half. Their burgers&steaks are wicked good!
I’m on a low carb diet and was still able to find something very tasty. Went with the Fireside Seared Chicken, seasonal vegetables and a Caesar salad

Overpriced food you could make at home.
Always good, the only place in Waterville that we go too.
Very bad customer service. I strongly suggest you never go at this restaurant. I was insult by the way the treat me and my guest.
