I'm currently visiting from Illinois and my cousin was kind enough to schedule an appointment for us at Josephine's Nail Spa in Studio City. I received the "Pamper Me Silly" pedicure and it was one of the highlights of my trip. The service was fantastic and my nail technician, Julie, was amazing. I called to ask for an appt for a gel with a gold chrome tip and they said they could do it. When I arrived, I showed by tech my nails (which still had the gold chrome tip) and my tech had no idea what to do. I explained it was a powder and had to be brushed on but she did not know what to do. Then she got a powder form the back that was bronze. I said never mind.
