The Josephine Street Cafe was founded in 1979 by Patrick S. Molak. The Building has been around long before it was turned into the famous Texas Roadhouse it is today. Got to visit with my daughter, Liana, and her husband. George. Had a great time and visit. The floor was a little slanted, but that's what makes Josephine Street. I love the place and it is my favorite restaurant.
