The Josephine Street Cafe was founded in 1979 by Patrick S. Molak. The Building has been around long before it was turned into the famous Texas Roadhouse it is today. Great place! It was here before the Pearl had even occurred to anyone, right across the street from the Liberty Bar. AWESOME Texas style food in a relaxed, funky atmosphere. Great waitstaff and really good prices. EAT HERE.
