On my first visit via referral from my PC I was greeted by professional and efficient staff. I was seen quickly. Dr. Futrell was knowledgeable, personable, addressed my concerns and efficiently answered my questions addressing both my referral needs and a secondary facial concern in a single visit! She’s punctual, attentive and of course, knowledgeable. I’ve gone to her for years and took my children to see her when necessary.
I always receive prompt and good treatment from Dr. Furtell. The office staff and nurses are very helpful and courteous.
I was just bragging about my visit to some of my friends. I got there at my scheduled time and did my new patient paperwork and it wasn’t long before I saw the doctor, we chatted about why I was there and what needed to be done was done without a long wait and I was on my way out. I will highly recommend Dr. Futrell to all of my friends.
