Dr. Futtrell and her staff were so nice. I appreciated their professionalism.
Her patience stood out. It was my first visit at a dermatologist and I had no idea what to expect. She answered my questions patiently and calmed me because I was nervous.

Customer beware. Dr Futrell knew I had a gift certificate for a full tube of lip filler and talked me into a half tube on my first visit. YOU COULD NOT TELL I HAD ANYTHING DONE. When I called a few weeks later to use the rest of my gift certificate, I was told that it would be the balance of my certificate ($175) and $200 for a full tube. I go to my second appointment where a new “nurse” messes up and numbs my ENTIRE FACE so when it comes time to check out I can not even talk to ask why I was charged $400 and not $200. Dr. Futrell is very knowledgeable and professional. She always explains thoroughly and allows time for questions. I recommend her to friends for cosmetic procedures and for dermatologic issues.
