All staff members have a professional appearance. This practice operates from 3 locations in the metro area. Appointments by phone are simple as long as you are calling the correct location during their open hours. No, you may not be able to walk in and instantly be escorted to the back, but people don't tend to wait or return when receiving poor service. It is extremely difficult to get in contact with the staff when trying to set up an appointment. There are no phone calls made to confirm appointment times. In fact, after setting up my initial appointment for a consultation, I had to call them. They did not have my name listed anywhere and I had to reschedule. There have been no attempts made to reschedule my appointment when the office experienced a power outage. Now nobody is there to answer calls and there is no voicemail/answering service. Did you feel that your visit with the provider was time well spent? No Do this dentist have a good professional reputation among other dentists? Somewhat, but they aren't very respected Was this dentist's staff friendly? No, they were rude Did you receive sample toothbrushes or toothpaste to take home? A couple, but not very many Did you leave the office feeling satisfied with your visit? No, I left with more problems than I came with!

No, they are almost always unavailable Are you confident that this provider will continue working with you until a solution is reached? Not at all Did you notice a foul odor when you arrived at this provider's office? No, I didn't notice an odor Did this provider have reasonable prices? No, it was expensive.

Was the waiting area spacious? No, multiple people had to stand Does this provider remember you by name? No, and they don't make an effort to even try How would you compare this provider to others in his/her field that you have visited? The worst I have seen Was this provider late to your appointments? Yes, they were over an hour late for my appointment Was it clear that this provider takes pride in the appearance of his/her office? Absolutely not, the office was disgusting
