After over two years of not getting a haircut I finally caved. Also my daughter had her hair done by Joseph a few years ago and I loved what he did. Joseph is a breath of fresh air and so sweet. My appointment was only a consultation but after he and I discussed what I wanted, he checked his bookings for the day and asked me if I wanted to do my hair. I said heck yes. I had such an amazing experience with Joseph. Even though my appointment was accidentally lost in the system, he handled it with so much grace. He immediately made it work, squeezed me in, and did so without showing any stress at all, which truly speaks volumes about his professionalism.
