Dr Bhandari gets a zero star. He is highly unprofessional. I was scheduled a colonoscopy this morning. I prepared for this procedure yesterday. Drank 4 liter of unpleasant medicine, stayed Hungary and went for the procedure. They told me that the doctor is out of the country. No one from his office called to cancel my appointment. We went in for our 2 month olds check up and first round of shots.... first off we got there 5 minutes early to our 9 am appointment and the door was locked and when 9:00 rolled around no one came to the door to greet us or let us in they very quietly unlocked the door from the inside and left us standing out in the hallway. So at about 10 after we decided to check the door and sure enough it was unlocked... that should have been our first sign to how crappy this office is. I am extremely happy that I made the right decision by choosing Dr. Togba for my Eyelid surgery. Being just 25 years old, I looked like an old lady since my eyes were tired and puffy. Wearing glasses to hide it was really frustrating. Plastic surgery was the only option and had a surgery with Dr. Togba. Initially it was difficult for me to look up and down after the surgery because the skin was tightened. If you have medi-cal or some other type of insurance that doesn't give you many options, then let me say this place is the best you're gonna get. I haven't dealt with all the doctors here, only Dr. Khan and he is an excellent doctor, has helped me out alot. However, the offices, both Hayward and Fremont locations are not the most modern, clean, or comfy. THIS DR. IS A PILL PUSHER AND HAS'NT BEEN A DR. VERY LONG AND NOW HAS TOO MANY PAIENTS AND IS HARD TO GET IN,, HE DOES'NT LISTEN TO AT ALL. I WOULD THINK TRHEE TIMES BEFORE PICKING THIS NERD.
I'VE HAD A FEW DIFFERENT SURGERIES WITH DR.TOGBA. LOVE THE RESULTS. DR.TOGBA HAS A ARTISTIC EYE...MAKING SURE YOU DONT LOOK "OVER DONE".HE'S GREAT!
Hello I have been going to this Dr's office for more then three years.I just switched. The doctors that they have there are okay but you can never seem to get a appointment with one. They always schedule you to see a thrid year resident doctor. Oh its so bad! They have a receptionist that sounds put out when answering the phones. It's so hard to get a prescription refilled there. I would not recommend this place to anyone!
