I book appointment online and i got this message saying “Thank you for your request. We will reach out promptly to confirm and finalize your appointment.” So no one called me to confirm and I assumed the appointment is still on requested day off to see the doctor. 45 minutes before my appointment I got a phone call saying please call us back to confirm your appointment. I called and I was told “Yeah unfortunately your appointment is not available because it was not confirmed” they were suppose to call me ahead of time not 45... read more
They gave me a male doctor which I made appt with a female. They said not a full body but a consult for first visit. What a crock!! So no full body and I had a heat rash immediately did two biopsies and still have not healed. He is biopsy crazy and should have tried to diagnose. Will never go back there.
Dr. Sedrak was thorough and explained the condition of my skin in a thoughtful manner.
Since Dr. Sedrak was out of the office, I had Dr. Nagi Saied. He was wonderful! He took care my problem and took time to explain.
Always friendly and attentive personnel . Dr. S. Sedrak ,DO , she provided good explanation of entire process .Told me what they are looking for , the process when a skin biopsy is sent and a timeline when I will have answer .
