After seeing so many doctors with other specialties, and two other vascular doctors, finally found Dr. Ricotta in the Healthgrades website. On the first visit, he knew exactly what I had: iliac vein compression with almost 75% blockage! Since 2019 I started having an excruciating pain in the pelvic area, which it got to the point that I couldn’t walk a mile. Had the procedure done, and I’m still going to the follow up appointments. Very professional and welcoming office with a very caring staff.
I did not see Dr. Ricotta. Just Dakota the PA and the ultra sound technician. My last visit was irritating as I arrived 22 minutes prior to the ultra sound appointment which was sooner than the 15 minutes requested. I was not taken in for 45 minutes AFTER my appoint. time (67 min. waiting), which lined me up with my actual PA appointment. Swelling of the ankles
Have been a patient for a year. Appointments for ultrasound and review afterwards. Entire staff, welcoming and efficient.
Dr Ricotta and his staff provide exceptional service. His new office and surgical center are state of the art. Both my wife and I are patients and we don't know what would we do without him. Usually we're seen at our appointment time, but even when we have to wait, it's well worth it.
It could be better.
The staff was very professional.
