Unfortunately at the time of my delivery I was attended by Joseph Triana, it was a horror story, till this day I feel saddened by it. I started getting labor pains on Jan 1st around 1am I was 41 weeks, so I went to Mercy hospital where my doctor delivers. The nurse called him and I guess the party was too good because he told the nurses he would not induce me that I could go back home and labor there and return later on. Great doctor! He recently removed a uterine fibroid almost 10 CM, at the Mercy's Hospital he was very caring and gave me all the details up to date. Great personality and super funny and Also very professional!

He wanted to give me an unnecessary induced labor at only 37 weeks because he said that my baby would be too big. I had no complications throughout my pregnancy only 25 yrs. old. His exact words to me were,'You think you know so much about obstetrics, you can go ahead and deliver your baby yourself. And the only hospital that is going to take you in this far along in your pregnancy is in the emergency room at Jackson Memorial, so you'll be giving birth next to a crack head in the ER!!'.
The practice has 4 doctors. doctor Joseph Triana Does not spend a lot of time with patients. I always felt rushed and pressured when I was seen by him. At the hospital, after my C-section, he did not even check the baby during his postpartum visit!
Overall, a very positive experience.
