Recently I had a some what scary diagnosis which needed further testing. When I called the office Robin and Ashley went above and beyond to not only help me schedule the test but they also took the time to talk to me, to reassure me and to just listen. Dr Racuglia and his staff treat their patients as if they are family, Thank you all for the help and kindness you showed me.
I have been going to Dr. Raccuglia for years and followed him even though he moved further away. I found 2 other Doctors that I wanted to go back to and they were specialists. He has even had a few medical students at different times, so I see he is helping with the future of medicine.
I have been going to Dr. Raccuglia's office for over 10 years. He and his office staff have been nothing but helpful and courteous to my medical needs. Whenever a specialist is needed Dr. Raccuglia has reputable referrals to doctors you will be comfortable with. Dr. Raccuglia's professionalism shows in his treatment during office visits.
I believe Dr Raccuglia and his staff to be the best I have ever encountered. From the front desk to the back office, all are knowledgeable and helpful and caring especially when you have a problem. Per Dr Raccuglia's instructions, they refer to excellent specialists when necessary. In my case, I needed to see a specialist/surgeon and they sent me to the best available as they checked my insurance to be certain that the specialist took my plan.
I have been seeing Dr. Raccuglia for a number of years. Never any complaints. Short wait times, thorough explanations and prompt referrals.
Dr Raccuglia is an excellent and caring physician. He ALWAYS takes the time to discuss your needs and will explain things in plain English for you to understand. I have been seeing him for over ten years, and I can highly recommend him.
A doctor can be the best doctor, but when you have someone who is extremely nasty working as a receptionist, patients hate going there. I had a few questions to ask over the phone before making my first appointment. I was rushed and yelled at by the person working as the receptionist that day. She would not give me her name. My advice is make sure your staff is friendly and helpful and patients will return!!!
My wife and I have been patients of Dr. R for approximately 10 years. Our experience has been excellent and have/would recommend him to others. Dr. R has been right on when making recommendation of specialist if needed. As my wife is a kidney transplant patient, he has been careful to contact the transplant unit if any special meds have to be ordered or anything unusual is going on. We recommend Dr. Raccuglia very highly as he is a very caring and excellent physician.
I have been a patient of Dr. Raccuglia's for 10 years. There is such a level of trust with him as a doctor. He goes above and beyond to always listen to my concerns. I am not a fan of going to doctors but I never mind going to see him when something is wrong.
