I had seen Dr Guagliardo 4 years ago (at the City Line PCOM) about lower back pain, and found him, and his assistant, to both be very flippant and distracted while they interviewed me. However, I overlooked this, and per his recommendation, I went to chestnut hill hospital to get X-Rays done. The chestnut hill x-ray report said that I had spondylolysis, spondylosis, and slight anterolisthesis. I also obtained a hard copy of these x-rays on a disk.
